DESCRIPION:

Kerr's Tyres is seeking to recruit an experienced Tyre Technician / Breakdown fitter to work from our busy Ards Centre.

 SALARY/RATE: ABOVE INDUSTRY STANDARD

 LOCATION: ARDS

 Kerr's Tyres is Northern Irelands leading tyre service provider within Tyre Retail and Truck industry. With over 15 years' experience in the industry, we are the market leader in the retail and commercial field in Northern Ireland. Due to our continued growth and increased investment, our new centre will open in late 2017, Kerr's Tyres is seeking to recruit an experienced Tyre Technician / Breakdown Fitter.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the daily workload and running of your own customer portfolio for our Ards Centre. We continually strive to improve our high levels of customer service. You will work with a team that continually improves processes and performance and help deliver on agreed service KPI's.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Oversee the daily running of your van including compliance and breakdowns.

• Ensure highest levels of customer service are maintained and exceeded.
• Analysing operational procedure and developing a culture of continuous improvement towards best practice within company and customer requirements.
• Oversee continuous professional development of methods
• Liaising with other Centres to improve communications and issue resolutions on breakdowns
• Working to agreed KPI's and using them as a key driver for growth and customer satisfaction  

THE CANDIDATE:

• Over one Years' experience in a similar role
• Previous experience of the tyre industry
• Strong personal skills
• Customer focused individual
• Ability to meet targets and KPI's
